INFRASTRUCTURE AND OPERATIONS
Cloud infrastructure, DevOps and 24/7 monitoring
We put your system online and keep it online. We take care of the cloud, deployments, servers and monitoring so your team is free from operations. The people who write the code are the ones responsible for the infrastructure, with an SLA and 24/7 alerts.
WHAT WE DELIVER
What’s included.
Cloud: Azure and AWS
We provision and organize your environment on Azure or AWS. Networks, accounts, permissions and costs under control, with infrastructure described as code so you don’t depend on manual configuration.
DevOps and CI/CD
Pipelines that test and publish on every commit, with zero-downtime deployments (blue-green and rolling). You ship more often without fear of breaking what is already live.
Kubernetes and containers
We package your application in containers and run it on Kubernetes when it makes sense. Automatic scaling with the load, restarts of failing services and identical environments from development to production.
VPS and dedicated servers
Servers sized for your load — VPS or dedicated — with SSL, automated backups and tested restores. You keep the environment under control without needing an in-house infrastructure team.
24/7 monitoring with UpGuard
We use UpGuard, our own product, to track availability, response time and resource usage. Clear dashboards and alerts that reach the on-call team before your customers notice.
Integrity, backups and compliance
Versioned data backups with tested restores, integrity controls and compliance practices. We define the recovery plan before something fails, not while it is failing.
TECHNOLOGIES
The right stack for the problem.
Infrastructure is not a one-off delivery; it is part of the cycle. In discovery we understand your system’s load and requirements; in architecture we define cloud, servers and pipelines; in construction we set everything up as code; and in operations we keep it running, with continuous deployment, backups and 24/7 monitoring.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
The same team that writes your system is the one that deploys it, monitors it and responds when something fails. There is no handoff to a third-party team that doesn’t know the code. That shortens the time between spotting a problem and fixing it, because whoever responds already knows where to look.
Yes. We work with Azure and AWS in the cloud, as well as VPS and dedicated servers when that makes more sense for the cost or the system’s requirements. We choose together with you, based on what your company already has. With any option, we take care of data integrity, backups and compliance.
We track the availability, response time and resource usage of your services with UpGuard, our monitoring product. You get real-time dashboards, and our on-call team receives automatic alerts when something deviates from the expected, including outside business hours.
It means publishing a new version of the system without taking it offline. We use strategies such as blue-green and rolling deployments: the new version comes up in parallel, is validated, and traffic migrates gradually. If something goes wrong, we roll back to the previous version without your users noticing.
Not necessarily. The best results come when we build and operate the same system, but we also take over the infrastructure and monitoring of existing applications. In that case we start with an assessment of the current environment before proposing changes.
